Received a Parking Charge Notice?
If you have received a parking charge from Parking Group, you can appeal, transfer liability, or pay by visiting the home page of our website and clicking on the relevant tab. Please note you are unable to discuss parking charges over the phone as customers services have no access to issued parking charge details. If you are having issues, you can email us at support@parking-group.co.uk but this will not be accepted as an appeal and you must follow the correct steps listed above to submit an appeal. You can also submit an appeal by post to: Parking Group Limited, Portland House, Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW.
